Even though this is my first blog, and most of my blogs are gonna be about my crazy life, I decided to write about Ahmir Thompson aka Questlove. Not sure why, he just makes me happy. I love to look at him, I love to listen to him play, I love to hear him talk.
I would never record a late night show on my DVR if it wasn't for him.
I've always listened to the Roots since back in the day, and I saw him a couple times on Chappelle show, but I have a new found love for him in my old age of 32. Maybe it's appreciation for true, raw talent. So hard to come by these days. He seems to have an old wise soul his eyes are very deep.....
And what's sexier than a drummer........
But like you said on late night in the "Quest"ions segment you did,
If you played the Harmonica instead of drums, take comfort in knowing, I would still be your friend.
and while we're on the subject of the Fallon show, Jimmy is actually kinda funny.....do you think he's high?? I would love to know....but i don't think trees dilate your pupils that big.
Quest..........you R the MAN I love your swag, my 13 yr old son youtubes you all day cause he plays the drums and wants to copy u.....I guess this is more a letter to Quest than a blog???
oh well see you tonight at midnight with my glass of champagne as I indulge in deep feelings of lust in 5 second incriments everytime they show your beautiful face .....DEUCES!!
